Treatment process

A unique way to reuse water from the automotive wash

Solids removal

At this stage the solids are removed from the effluent, such as paper, tow, plastics, stones, among others.

Oil and Water Separation

For its perfect operation and maximum efficiency in the treatment process, it is important that the Ampere work together with a Oil and Water Separator Box. Installed before the Ampere, the Oil and Water Separator Box will make the removal of oil and grease from the water that will be treated for reuse.

Raw Effluent Tank

his may be a cistern or above ground tank, the Raw Effluent Tank is where the effluent will be available for treatment after the Oil and Water separation.

Ampere (Reactor)

Environment where the treatment and separation of the soap and other active tenses that are mixed with water will be held.

Sedimentation

In this component the residual coagulated material is retained and removed from the water

Water Polishment

At the polishing step, the water from the Sedimentation Tanks is directed to a sand filter that will retain particles in suspension.

Chlorination

At the chlorination stage, a chlorine tablet is used to perform lightly the effluent chlorination, eliminating germs and bacteria before the water is available for reuse.

Availability for reuse

The water already treated and without any waste or sediment is available to reuse at a cistern or above ground tank.

Self-management panel

Ampere has an automation panel that will do the self-management of the entire treatment process, as well as activities such as cleaning of the reservoir where treatment happens (reactors), backwash the sand filters used in the water polishing, management of the resource available for car washing, among others.
